VfL Wolfsburg, in need of a striker, has expressed interest in Hwang Hee-chan (27, Wolverhampton).
"VfL Wolfsburg striker Lukas Nmeka is out again with injury and the club is looking for a new striker," the German 'Bundesliga News' reported on Aug. 22 (KST), adding that Wolfsburg is monitoring the situation of Hwang Hee-chan.
Hwang joined Wolverhampton Wanderers on loan in August 2021. He spent the 2021-2022 season on loan at Wolverhampton from RB Leipzig, scoring five league goals and providing one assist. He has since completed a full transfer.
Competing for a starting spot alongside the likes of Pedro Neto, Pablo Sarabia, Mateusz Cunha, and Fabio Silva, Hwang has been a 'super joker' under Gary O'Neill this season.
He came on as a second-half substitute against Manchester United in the first leg to provide a boost to the flanking 스포츠토토 attack, and rattled the net himself in the second leg against Brighton & Hove Albion.

Of course, a loan move is still a possibility."
